June 22 – June 28 Mission Trip
Who: Completed 9th thru Completed 12th Graders
Where: The JOY School - Pawley’s Island, SC
What: We will split the week working at a day camp for mentally and physically handicapped youth. We will also have to opportunity to do a “turtle walk” to locate loggerhead turtle nests and move them to a safer place. In our down time we will relax and play at the beach and enjoy area shopping and attractions. Extra spending money for attractions and eating out will be needed.

July 7-11 Middle School Mission Week
Who: Completed 6th thru 8th graders
Where: CPC & Overnight at Ripley’s Aquarium - Gatlinburg, TN
What: Participate in service projects, devotions, recreation and activities as we learn how God is calling us to take care of our environment. We will be at the Church Monday – Wednesday for local Environmental tours. Thursday we will travel to Gatlinburg to enjoy some local attractions. We will end our time at Ripley’s Aquarium “Sleeping with the Sharks” in a tunnel underneath the aquarium! Bring your own lunch Mon-Wed.

July 20 – 26 Montreat Youth Conference
Who: Completed 8th thru 12th graders
Where: Montreat, NC
What: Enjoy a week of energizers, keynote, small group, recreation and worship all built around the theme “Throw Open the Doors”. We will join youth from all over the country as we embrace our identity as children of God and make, renew, and deepen connections with Jesus Christ, the church, and others. New for this year we will be staying together in a house and with our own cook…Josh!

July 23 – 27 Middle School Conference
Who: Completed 6th thru 8th graders
Where: Presbyterian College – Clinton, SC
What: Come and energize yourself and explore how you were “Born to Fly” through your wonderful life with Christ. Enjoy keynote, small groups, recreation, and worship with your PYC friends and other youth from around the Southeast. Also, get to know the campus of our very own Presbyterian College. This week will be a great time to grow in your faith and friendships. Parent volunteers are needed to attend with the group (cost will be covered).

Summer Service Blitz
Who: All PYC
What: We will participate in a variety of service projects around our church and out in our community. Lets see if we can beat last year's total of 1008 hours of service for summer!!!!!
